We are seeking a motivated and energetic Gardening Labourer to join our team. In this vital role, you will assist the Gardening Lead with maintaining and enhancing lawns across the HRM. This offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in horticulture and landscape care while working outdoors in a lively, team-oriented setting.

Job Requirements:

- Prior experience working with plants, tending, pruning, weeding in a greenhouse, gardening, or in landscaping work an asset.
- Hard working and dedicated
- Willing to learn
- Be available and willing to work long, physical hours and some weekends
- Reliable and dependable
- Must be able to meet at our office on Lucasville Road each morning (not on bus route), day usually begins at 7am sharp.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and lift up to 50lbs.
