What You’ll Do

- Lead the day-to-day operations of our busy East Indian restaurant, guiding a team of 5–10 staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Plan, organize, and evaluate daily restaurant operations.
- Monitor revenues and analyze budget to boost profitability.
- Adjust food preparation methods and menu pricing to meet budget goals.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching.
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Cost products and services; organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.




- Negotiate supply arrangements with food and product vendors.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or facility rental.
- Support marketing plans and help implement promotional activities.
- Address customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

- 3 to 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- A valid Safe Food Handling Certificate and/or Food Safety Certificate.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- A client-focused mindset and a commitment to quality service.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
