Aecon Civil is a market leader. We’re looking for a co‑op student to assist our project design team on a transformative major civil project in the GTA. This is an 8‑month co‑op opportunity.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with the completion of design calculations and drawings that satisfy all the applicable code and regulation requirements
- Assist in the preparation of schedules, estimates and construction packages
- Maintain files and correspondence on active and completed projects
- Assist in the coordination and submission of as‑built drawings
- Gather field information and assist in the preparation of project bill of materials
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and plotting
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

What You Bring

- Currently enrolled in a university or technical college diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience in the construction industry is a strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal communication (both oral and written) skills




- Solid interpersonal skills in communicating with a large team
- Organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi‑task / service orientated
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment
- Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines
- AutoCAD skills an asset

Expected pay range: $23 – $28 per hour. Individual pay is determined based on location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions.
