You must bewilling to travel to neighbouring cities to work on job sites, so reliable transportation is a must. When youwork for us, you will be involved in actively meeting the challenges that come with being a key player inthe success of cultivating business relationships.Location: New Brunswick – Greater Moncton AreaJob Type: Full time● Monday to Friday● Hours may vary as per construction peek times● May have to work on weekendWage Range: $80 000 to $95 000Reports to: Project ManagerResponsibilities:● Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoringcompliance with safety and building regulations.● Coordinate the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.● Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, anddeliverables.● Negotiate agreement terms with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, manage constructioncontract drafts,
