We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Helper to join our dynamic team! Duties

- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards
- Support servers and staff with serving food and beverages to guests
- Handle food handling, cooking, and cashiering duties using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Ensure proper food safety practices are followed during all stages of food handling and preparation
- Support guest services by providing friendly assistance, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dishwashing,



and waste disposal to uphold hygiene standards

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or hospitality background is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in kitchen operations, restaurant service, or barista work is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards assisting others
- Reliable attendance and the ability to stand, walk, or lift for extended periods
