Compensation & Career Growth
Start your leadership career with apaid training programand an annual salary of$42,500-$50,000(depending on previous QSR experience and position). Upon successfully completing the training program, achieving all required General Manager certifications, and demonstrating proficiency in the role, your annual salary increases to$61,500.
As a General Manager, you'll also enjoy an enhanced compensation package, including:

- Have previous QSR experience?Candidates with relevant Quick Service Restaurant experience may qualify for an accelerated training program based on their demonstrated skills and experience, helping them advance to the General Manager role more quickly.
