What You’ll Be Doing:

- Start each day at our SE Calgary office and head out on routes with your team
- Arrive at customer locations and deliver aprofessional, friendly first impression
- Assess the job andprovide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate
- Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, andovercome objections to close the sale
- Safely remove junk from homes and businesses
- Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly
- Represent the brand with energy, integrity,



and a winning attitude

What We’re Looking For:

- 19+ years old (insurance requirement)
- Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)

No previous junk removal experience required — we train you!

Mandatory Requirements

- Physical Requirements: Are you able to meet the job requirements of physical labor, often requiring repeated heavy lifting for 8+ hours a day?
- Certifications: Do you hold a valid class 5 Driver's License? (Please note we require proof of a driver's license prior to offer)
- Age Requirement: For this role, our insurance requires you to be at least 19 years of age.
- Reliable Transportation: This is an on-site role. Do you have a reliable way to get to our office location by 6:00 AM?
