Soucy is seeking a legal advisor to work across corporate, IP, and environmental law, drafting and negotiating major commercial agreements while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will interact with US, Brazil, and China teams in a energetic, family-oriented international group.

The role requires a law degree, 4–7 years’ business law experience, and fluency in French and English for client and counsel communications.
