Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff to minimize downtime and disruptions
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Support emergency repairs or troubleshooting efforts as needed to uphold operational continuity
- using riding law mores , and other machines to maintain the golf course turf
Requirements
- Proven experience in general maintenance or turf care would be beneficial but not a requirement
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting issues
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and report on maintenance activities
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks in various environment
