Position Overview

Grounds Crew members play an essential role in maintaining the championship-level playing conditions at The Lakes Golf Course. The team works early mornings to ensure the course is in pristine condition for daily play.

Responsibilities





- Maintain turf and landscaped areas across the golf course
- Operate mowing equipment and landscape tools
- Rake bunkers, seed areas, and perform general course maintenance
- Assist with irrigation and course preparation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to learn golf course equipment operation
- Robust attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for early morning shifts (starting around 5am)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
