ABOUT THE CLUB:

Carleton Golf & Yacht Club is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Golf Services Department for the remainder of the 2026 golf season.

Carleton Golf & Yacht Club is one of the National Capital Region’s most scenic and prestigious private golf destinations. Nestled along the picturesque shores of the Rideau River in Manotick, the club offers a championship golf experience complemented by exceptional waterfront amenities and a welcoming private club atmosphere. Just 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa, Carleton Golf & Yacht Club combines beautifully maintained fairways, stunning natural surroundings, and a rich tradition of excellence, making it a premier destination for golf, boating, dining, and social events.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head Golf Professional, while working closely with the management team. He/she will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Providing World Class services to all members and guests.
- Responsible for greeting our members and guests at the bag drop.
- Loading and unloading golf clubs from vehicles.
- Setting up carts and preparing for each day’s tee times.
- Maintenance cleaning and recharging of golf carts.
- Keeping the practice area stocked and organized throughout the day.
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of tournaments throughout the season.
- Retrieving, cleaning and putting away golf bags and carts in storage areas.
- Performing other related duties and assignments as assigned.





QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Must have adaptable schedule and be able to work mornings, afternoons and weekends.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must have outgoing personality and the desire to help others.
- Quality interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem solve, and work under pressure.
- Ability to work closely within a team environment.
- Previous golf experience considered an asset but not necessary.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

- Length of contract is from ASAP – end of season.
- Compensation commensurate with experience.
- Full Time Seasonal and Part Time Seasonal positions are available.
- Golf privileges upon the discretion of the club.
