- – seasonal full-time. Expected employment of 8 months, employment starting between January 2027 – March 2027. The work schedule is atypical. There are busy and slow periods 30 hours to 80 hours. The average workday is 10 hours, and work week is 60 hours. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- – there are no minimum education requirements. But we are seeking workers with a minimum of 1 year managerial experience in agriculture, and/or horticulture, and/or farming. On job training will be provided.
- – Fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and hand eye coordination is required. Work incudes repetitive motions, bending, stretching, crouching, and standing for extended periods. There is heavy handling and must be able to lift weight of 50lbs.
- - In Summary managers are to maintain quality control in work and crops. Coordinate, assign and watch work such as planting, transplanting, watering and feeding. They are involved in the operations of maintaining plant health,



and other crop/plant related issues. They direct the preparation of the sale of the plants, prepping them for shipping, harvesting plants. They must employees, during training, supervising, coordinating and organizing and directing they participate in the work being done an ensure safety and quality control making sure things are being correctly. Work being done in greenhouse may be seeding, potting, watering, maintaining crops, caring for crops, cleaning, assembling orders, preparing the orders for delivery, loading the trucks, generic greenhouse work like tagging items, organizing or moving crops, putting irrigation systems, general greenhouse maintenance, and helping out customers.
