Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing clear information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Respond promptly to guest needs and concerns, resolving issues with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide concierge services such as booking transportation, dining reservations, or sightseeing tours
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software
- Support front desk operations by coordinating with housekeeping,
maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles; hotel experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in busy situations while delivering exceptional service
