engaging communicator and polished presenterExceptionally organized with robust judgement, discretion, and integrityA natural relationship-builder who listens first and leads with empathyComfortable operating both strategically and tacticallyA sense of humour — seriously, this matters hereWhat You'll Be DoingAs our People & Culture Manager, you'll lead the full employee lifecycle while helping evolve our people practices to match our growth:Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding across corporate and restaurant teamsChampion employee engagement, retention, and performance managementPartner with leaders on workforce planning and talent developmentEnsure compliance with BC employment standards and HR best practicesReview, develop, and maintain people policies and programsSupport learning and development initiatives that align with our culture and business goalsAct as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members on people-related mattersPromote diversity, inclusion, and belonging across all teamsShape and scale People & Culture systems, tools, and processes as the company growsBring Tap & Barrel's values and hospitality mindset to life through people programs, team experiences, and day-to-day leadershipCompensation RangeOur compensation range is $85,000 - $110,000.
