Join our dedicated team and help make a meaningful difference in a client's daily life.Location: Schomberg, ON **just a short 15-minute drive from King City**Schedule: Tues and Thurs | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible option: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM)Key Responsibilities:Deliver personal care as outlined in the client's care plan.Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as hygiene assistance, bathing, grooming, and linen changes.Provide safe and proper support for transfers, ambulation,



and prescribed exercises.Ensure the client's safety by using equipment properly and responsibly.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care activities.Function within the limits of experience, knowledge, and scope of nursing practice to deliver competent care.RequirementsMust own vehicle and have a valid driver's licence (not required) as client's home is not accessible via transitNegative TB Test completed within the last yearCNO Registration and nursing CertificateCOVID Vaccination Receipts subject to an exemption pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights CodeValid Criminal Record Check - must be completed within the last yearMust be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in EnglishAbility to identify and report client care concerns to Care Coordinators when neededCompassionate and client-centered approach to careExperience in home health care is an assetBenefitsCompetitive rates of pay ranging from $33.25-$43.25/hour (depending on nursing designation)PPE provided24/7 Nursing OversightEducational Training OpportunitiesEmployee Recognition ProgramHealth and Wellness Program
