This is an opportunity to play a key role in a results-driven, contingency-based personal injury practice.The ideal candidate will haveat least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience, acting on behalf of plaintiffs or defendants, and must hold aUniversity Degree.This role requires someone who takes ownership of outcomes and ensures that all tort and accident benefits files are consistently progressing toward resolution.We are looking for a strong, proactive litigation professional who can confidently support a busy practice and take initiative.Location:Preference will be given to candidates located in Eastern Ontario or the GTA; however, exceptional candidates may reside anywhere in Ontario. Flexible work arrangements are available, including in-office, hybrid, or fully remote options.Compensation:Competitive salary plus performance-based incentive bonuses.Key Responsibilities / OutcomesWork collaboratively and independently with lawyers to advance plaintiff files in a timely manner and achieve fair, reasonable, and efficient resolutions.Meet with clients and assist in building cases under lawyer supervision from pre-litigation through discovery, mediation, pre-trial, and trial.Assist in quarterly case planning to ensure files are strategically positioned for resolution.Support lawyers in maintaining consistent settlement targets to ensure strong client results and steady firm performance.Proactively advance all files weekly with a clear focus on achieving fair settlements.Coordinate, manage,
