This role combines customer service excellence with a deep understanding of corrosion-resistant metals and industrial applications.Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals to ensure timely conversion into sales.Coordinate with the production, logistics, and quality departments to meet client deadlines and technical requirements.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system including sales data, customer interactions, and market feedback.Provide product information based on material specifications, corrosion setting,
