As part of the Broker Management team, you will manage onboarding processes, track training, and support compliance efforts. Your ability to handle escalations and build relationships will ensure an excellent service experience for brokers and clients alike. Organizational strengths will be crucial in tackling various administrative challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee broker onboarding and compliance processes
• Track and document broker training activities
• Handle escalated inquiries from brokers and clients
• Collaborate on day-to-day operations for efficiency
• Support cross-functional initiatives for growth
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or finance is preferred
• Experience in administrative roles, 1–3 years required
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English and French is a plus
