About the Role As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll report to the Manager of Development or a Technical Lead and play a key role in bringing our ruby 2.0 platform to life. We’re in the middle of an exciting transformation—designing and building a modern, cloud-based microservices platform that supports millions of users globally. You’ll help shape new systems while also guiding the transition from our existing platforms, balancing greenfield development with real-world scale and reliability. What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain backend microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud Contribute to architecture decisions and help evolve our microservices ecosystem Mentor junior developers and support teammates across distributed teams Collaborate closely with QA, Product, and Project Management to plan, estimate,
