You'll work closely with the CEO, Marketing, Finance, and Chief of Staff to ensure smooth operations, consistent client experiences, and reliable execution across the business.*While much of the work can be completed remotely, the successful candidate must be based in the Toronto area to represent our organization locally as needed*ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support event and member services teams (managers, contractors, and hosts).Track responsibilities, assignments, and follow-through.Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and operational excellence.Serve as the escalation point for operational challenges .Oversee workflows, SOPs, and team execution for National Events, Member Services, and Sales.Ensure consistent client experiences, proper training, and accountability for team members.Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements to increase service quality and profitability.Maintain and improve SOPs, checklists, and operational tools to reduce errors and make processes scalable.Support media initiatives and, over time,
