In this casual position, you'll collaborate with teachers and families to promote student success, pride in culture, and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide cultural and social-emotional support to students
• Act as a positive role model and advocate for Indigenous pride
• Collaborate with teachers to meet students' diverse needs
• Communicate effectively with families to ensure student success
• Submit administrative reports to relevant departments
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate)
• Two years of post-secondary studies with Indigenous education focus
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
• Familiarity with local Indigenous communities
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
