Real Estate Law Clerk (Full-Time, In-Office)Di Monte & Di Monte LLP is growing our real estate law team and is seeking a full time real estate law clerk to join our busy, family-owned law firm located in Vaughan. With over sixty-eight years of combined legal experience, we offer a professional, fast-paced environment for a capable and accountable law clerk who values accuracy, efficiency, and responsibility. This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable with clear expectations, direct feedback, and working independently under deadlines.The RoleYou will work closely with our real estate lawyer to manage residential, commercial and industrial real estate transactions from file opening through to reporting, including purchases, sales, mortgages, other real estate related tasks, wills, estates and corporate work.This is an in-office position requiring reliability, focus, and the ability to move files forward consistently.How We WorkOur office operates in a deadline-driven environment where feedback is direct, specific, and focused on improving outcomes. Instructions are given clearly, and efficiency is expected. The successful candidate will be comfortable:Receiving feedback without defensivenessAdjusting their work promptly when corrections are requiredTaking ownership of files, timelines,
