Our project pipeline continues to grow, and we are looking for an Intermediate Structural Engineer ready to take direct ownership of complex, high-profile design work.

- Location Priority: Candidates based in (or looking to relocate to) either the Okanagan Valley (Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton) or the Kootenays (Cranbrook, Invermere, Fernie, Nelson).

Technical Scope





- Analysis & Software: Proficiency with Sframe, RISA, or similar structural analysis software.
- Materials Expertise: Comprehensive design work across custom heavy timber, structural steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry.
- Codes & Standards: Daily application of BCBC Part 4 & Part 9, CSA A23.3, CSA S16, and CSA O86.
- Execution: Ability to manage projects from initial framing concepts down to site reviews and final field reviews.

Who You Are

- Professional Credentials: Registered as a P.Eng with EGBC (or a senior EIT close to registration).
- Experience: Demonstrated track record in structural building design with a strong grip on constructability.
- Mindset: Adaptable, highly communicative, and focused on practical, elegant engineering solutions.
