Hiring a Head Cook - Completion of high school is required.

- At least several years (2 3 years) of commercial cooking experience or completion of college or other program in cooking is required.
- Ability to prepare, cook and complete a variety of traditional & fusion Japanese cuisine (sushi, sashimi, rolls and as well as hot foods) is an asset.
- Previous work experience as a head cook is an asset - Proficient in English is required.

Main duties: Lead daily kitchen operations, manages staff, and handles inventory and menu planning; Prepare, cook and complete Japanese dishes; Determine size of food portions, Estimate food requirements and cost; Supervise and train cooks and helpers in culinary preparation techniques used.
