Home Child Care Provider ( Permanent employment

Full time / 30 to 40 hours per week)

Job details

Location: Pickering, ON

Salary: 20.85 hourly

Starts as soon as possible

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.

Work site environment: Non-smoking Scent free

Work setting: Employer’s home

Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment. Public transportation is available.

Tasks

- Supervise and care for children. Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, prepare and serve nutritious meals,



prepare children for rest periods.

Job Requirements

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Security and safety: Criminal record check
- Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- Personal suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organisation, time management, patience, honesty
