We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Hotel Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Catering team in driving corporate, group, and banquet business.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Sales team with corporate, group, and banquet bookings.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate site inspections and hotel tours for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and Marriott systems.
- Assist with prospecting new business through outbound calls and emails.
- Coordinate with Operations, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments to ensure successful event execution.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, activity reports, and production summaries.
- Assist in organizing client appreciation events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Follow Marriott brand standards and sales procedures.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel sales, front office, catering, or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,



Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Marriott systems (CI/TY, FSPMS, or related sales platforms) is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.

Compensation

Salary: $39,000 – $42,000 per year, based on experience.

Schedule

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs
