SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced, organized, discreet, and versatile Housekeeper / House Manager to maintain a 5,500 sq. ft. private residence located in Old Montreal (Square-Victoria area), as well as the family’s secondary residence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the residence remains clean, well maintained, and impeccably organized.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Housekeeping & Household Organization

- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the residence, including regular housekeeping, dusting, and floor care.
- Perform deep cleaning as required, including refrigerators, barbecue, terrace, bathrooms, showers, and balconies.
- Ensure the residence remains clean, welcoming, well organized, and impeccably maintained at all times.
- Care for furniture, delicate surfaces, and items requiring special attention.
- Maintain a functional and perfectly organized household setting.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper, House Manager, Household Assistant, or in a similar role within a private residence.
- Excellent command of either French or English.
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- High level of discretion, reliability, honesty, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Proactive,



meticulous, versatile, and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Absolute respect for confidentiality and the family’s private environment.
- Positive attitude and excellent adaptability.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Permanent, part-time position (approximately 20 to 35 hours per week).
- Schedule: To be determined.
- Location: Montreal (Square-Victoria area), Quebec.
- Residence is easily accessible by public transportation.
- On-site parking available.
