Become an HR Change Management Specialist with Amanda & Amber Business Consulting. This remote position allows you to lead transformation efforts for small and medium-sized organizations. In your role, you will apply your 2–5 years of experience in change management to develop strategies and support clients through various initiatives.
You will excel in stakeholder engagement and project delivery, collaborating closely with diverse teams. Calgary-based applicants will be prioritized for the occasional in-person component of this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive change management workstreams for transformation projects
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and readiness evaluations
- Facilitate impactful workshops and feedback sessions
- Manage smaller HR transformation initiatives end-to-end
- Create communication strategies and training resources Requirements:

- Availability for 15–20 hours per week
