Your role

- Work through your daily pipeline of 25 pre-audited local business leads provided by HovOps.
- Contact decision-makers (via phone, email, or LinkedIn) to present our lead packages and audit reports.
- Close sales and earn immediate payouts on entry-level and bulk packages.

Qualifications

- Experience or natural talent in B2B sales, cold outreach, or account management.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to influence decision-makers
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.




- Robust written and verbal communication in English (French fluency is an asset).

Compensation & Earnings ​

- 30% Flat Commission on every deal closed. ​Clear Cash Payout: Earn $74.70 CAD per sale on our $249 entry-level package, with higher payouts on bulk orders.
- 100% Commission-Only: Direct payouts upon deal completion with zero earnings ceiling (no base salary or hourly wage).
