Responsibilities

- Collaborate with colleagues in Finance and across the company.
- Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects.
- Adhere to the company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
- Support delivery of finance transformation agenda.
- Work closely across FP&A; team on streamlining processes and expanding reporting.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to planning and reporting workflows.
- Support the company's Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) process.
- Partner with regulatory and capital planning teams for accurate CCAR submissions.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analyses, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong technical skills, including AI and Microsoft Copilot.




- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Experience in leveraging AI solutions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across a global organization.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with PowerBI or other BI solutions.
- Financial modeling experience, including data modeling and modeling output.
- Project management expertise.
