emergiTEL is hiring an Instructional Designer for our client in the Financial Services industry.

Contract Duration: 07 Months (Potential Extension)

Location: Calgary, AB (Remote)

Purpose

- Support the continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs, including Client, onboarding initiatives, leadership development programs, and team effectiveness programs.

- Research, design, create, curate, and implement full-cycle learning experiences that enable business capability development and organizational success.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand capability gaps and identify learning approaches that support business outcomes.

- Manage, coordinate, and facilitate learning programs throughout all phases, including initiation, development, implementation, delivery, adoption, optimization, and review.

- Design learning interventions aligned with project requirements and integrated within the broader learning ecosystem.

- Curate and develop internal and external learning content into engaging and meaningful learning experiences.

- Apply visual design principles to enhance learner engagement and improve learning outcomes.

- Partner with Change Leaders to design and implement learning portfolios that support organizational change initiatives.

- Design, manage, analyze, and report on learning metrics and program effectiveness.

- Use learner and performance data to continuously improve learning content and programs.

- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of learning and development initiatives.

Education

- University degree in Education or a related field.
