We’re hiring a Client-Focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team in Kitchener. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, relationship management, and insurance sales. You’ll work with an existing book of business, helping clients with their insurance needs while identifying opportunities to grow coverage through cross-selling and upselling.

Qualifications:

- OTL or RIBO license (Property & Casualty Insurance)
- LLQP license (Life Insurance)
- Experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets or KPIs
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work both independently and within a team

Compensation & Perks:

- Base salary of $50,000 - $55,000 (based on experience and licensing)
