They require knowledge of systems, hardware, technical support, macOS, Windows, Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk, and multi-office remote infrastructure management. They must possess tech-functional communication skills with the ability to convey complex details in simple terminology for senior leadership executives.ResponsibilitiesEnd-user technical support for macOS and Windows workstationsSoftware troubleshooting and support for Adobe Creative Suite of products, Autodesk Suite of productsTechnical support of MS Office Suite of productsSystem administration of Windows Servers and Email ServersHardware support and inventory controlWorking closely with vendors ensuring client satisfaction and successful project completionEvaluating business needs,
