Role Description The Interim Front Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at a Shoppers Drug Mart location in London, ON. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day front store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Manager leads and coaches front store team members, supports scheduling, and helps drive sales and promotional activities while maintaining high standards of customer service. This position monitors store performance, supports loss prevention initiatives,
and ensures that company policies and procedures are consistently followed.

Manager collaborates closely with pharmacy and other store leadership to provide a seamless customer experience and support overall store goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a positive in-store experience.
- Effective Communication skills to provide clear direction, coach team members, and interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Store Management capabilities, including overseeing daily operations, staffing support, merchandising, and basic reporting.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring for shrink, enforcing procedures, and promoting a safe and secure environment.
- Previous retail supervisory or management experience, preferably in a pharmacy or grocery environment.
- Ability to work in office full time in London, ON, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a rapid-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset.
