Landscape General Labourer – Interlock Repair & Powerwash Crew Seal-It Group is a growing GTA-based company specializing in interlock repair, restoration, polymeric sand replacement, cleaning, and sealing. We are currently looking for a hardworking, reliable, and experienced Landscape General Labourer to join our powerwash and interlock repair crew for the upcoming season. This position is best suited for someone with previous hands-on experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, power washing, or exterior property maintenance.

The ideal candidate is physically capable, dependable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in quality workmanship while working as part of a professional crew. This is a seasonal position running from mid to late April through September, with the possibility of work extending based on the season and workload. --- Position Overview As a Landscape General Labourer, you will assist with a variety of interlock restoration and repair tasks including power washing, joint preparation, polymeric sand installation, lifting and relaying pavers, site cleanup, and general labour duties. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant outdoor labour experience, is comfortable working in a physically demanding setting, and can support the crew efficiently on active job sites. --- Key Responsibilities Assist with the cleaning and restoration of interlock pavers and other hardscape surfaces Perform heavy-duty power washing of interlock, concrete, and related exterior surfaces Assist with polymeric sand removal and replacement Help lift, remove, relay, and adjust interlock pavers as directed Assist with minor interlock repairs including leveling, resetting, and base correction Prepare work areas and move materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times Load and unload equipment, tools,



and materials from company vehicles and trailers Assist crew leaders with daily job site tasks and follow instructions carefully Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and safety expectations Perform daily general labour duties to support efficient crew operations Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and clients when required --- Qualifications &

Requirements Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, interlock, power washing, exterior maintenance, or a similar physical outdoor labour role Previous experience with interlock repair, paver installation, polymeric sand, power washing, or hardscape restoration is strongly preferred Valid G Class driver’s licence required Clean driver’s abstract required Must have reliable transportation to and from our yard in North Burlington Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor labour in various weather conditions Able to lift heavy materials, work with hand tools and power equipment, and remain on your feet for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to arrive on time each day Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to follow direction Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Able to work safely, professionally, and respectfully on all job sites --- Season &
