Hiring: IT Data Modeler – Insurance Domain

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with strong Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain expertise to design and maintain enterprise data models supporting policy, claims, underwriting, risk, billing, analytics, and regulatory reporting.

Must-Have Skills:

✅ 5+ years of Data Modeling & Database Design experience

✅ 3+ years of P&C; Insurance experience

✅ Conceptual, Logical & Physical Data Modeling

✅ ER Modeling & Dimensional Modeling (Star/Snowflake)

✅ Robust relational database design, normalization & denormalization

✅ Snowflake experience

✅ Data Governance, Metadata Management & Data Quality

✅ Source-to-Target Mapping, Data Dictionaries & Metadata

✅ ER/Studio, PowerDesigner or Visio
