Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network &

- Security Tools Support Analyst to support enterprise network, cybersecurity, and operational technology environments. This role is responsible for coordinating software maintenance activities, supporting network and security tools, managing patch deployment programs, troubleshooting security-related issues, and ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and compliant.

The successful candidate will collaborate with technology, cybersecurity, engineering, operational, and vendor teams to maintain critical infrastructure environments while supporting ongoing operational and security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Security &

- Network Tools Support

- Monitor, maintain, and support network and security management platforms across enterprise environments.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable resolutions.
- Monitor security alerts, events, and operational issues and work with stakeholders to investigate and resolve incidents.
- Support user administration, access management, and metadata security controls.
- Assist with upgrades, enhancements, and lifecycle management activities for network and security technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to operations teams and business stakeholders.

Patch &

- Maintenance Management

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate software updates, firmware upgrades, security patching, and maintenance activities across multiple sites.
- Review vendor advisories, software releases, and security bulletins to assess applicability and risk.
- Develop maintenance schedules and deployment strategies that balance operational requirements and cybersecurity objectives.
- Perform patch validation, testing, verification, and post-deployment reviews.
- Develop implementation plans, rollback procedures, and maintenance documentation.
- Support field teams during system upgrades, maintenance activities, and deployment initiatives.

Cybersecurity Operations





- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to support vulnerability remediation and risk reduction initiatives.
- Assist with compliance-related activities and ensure maintenance activities align with established security standards and procedures.
- Maintain implementation records, audit evidence, change documentation, and operational reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for network security, monitoring, and operational effectiveness.

Documentation &

- Reporting

- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, support guides, and implementation records.
- Produce technical reports and maintenance status updates.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements through accurate documentation and reporting.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and technology enhancements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting network, security, or infrastructure environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience

- Experience supporting Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Operational Technology (OT), SCADA, or critical infrastructure environments.
- Experience administering and patching Windows, Linux, and network infrastructure systems.
- Experience coordinating maintenance activities across multiple locations and stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of software deployment, vulnerability management, and patch management best practices.
- Experience supporting regulated or highly available environments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and regulatory frameworks, including critical infrastructure security requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
