We're looking for a Retention Focused Client Manager who will leverage their industry knowledge and expertise to provide front-line counselling to our clients about their personal insurance coverage.What You'll DoProvide exceptional day-to-day customer service to clients while handling the client file activities to maintain retention targetsRespond to company-initiated non-renewals and rewrites while keeping the client's needs and overall experience as the top priorityQuote and process remarkets, while also reviewing renewals and mid-term changes to ensure accuracy and a positive client experienceContributing to premium growth targets by upselling appropriate coverages and referring business to other lines where applicableOpportunity to work on "Special Projects" as they arise based on business needsStay up to date with insurer partner products, offerings, and market intelligenceWhat You BringRIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) in valuable standing required; AB Gen 1 or another provincial license an assetTypically,
