Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10–12 years of hands-on experience in Java / J2EE development
- Robust experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Very strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in stored procedures
- Advanced PL/SQL development, including packages, procedures, functions, and performance optimization
- Ability to optimize SQL queries and analyze execution plans
- Design and implement RESTful APIs in Java
- Handle data modeling for both normalized and denormalized schemas
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, API security, authentication, and authorization
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies, including integrating AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications through APIs or cloud AI services




- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q Developer, or similar tools to improve development productivity and code quality
- Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for application modernization, automation, intelligent data processing, and developer productivity
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills

Nice to Have

- AWS Certification (Developer / Solutions Architect)
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)
- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, SQS, SNS)
- Exposure to AWS AI/ML services or Generative AI solutions
- Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or RAG-based solutions into enterprise applications
- Exposure to frontend frameworks (React / Angular)
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
