Role Description The Jewelry Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Markham, ON. This position focuses on welcoming customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending jewelry pieces that align with their style and budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing personalized consultations, explaining product features and gemstone qualities, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

The role also involves ensuring the showroom is visually appealing, assisting with merchandise displays, and supporting after-sales service and exchanges.



The consultant collaborates with team members to achieve sales targets while delivering a high-quality, respectful customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive, professional, and welcoming in-store experience.
- Clear and confident Communication skills for explaining product details, care instructions, and pricing.
- Interest or experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail, with the ability to learn product and gemstone details quickly.
- Ability to work in office full time in Markham, ON, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and handling payments with accuracy and integrity.
- Previous experience in retail or consultative sales is an asset; multilingual skills are considered an advantage.
