Your Responsibilities

- Independent advice and representation in inheritance-law matters under German law
- Drafting and reviewing wills and inheritance contracts
- Handling estate settlements and inheritance matters with cross-border elements
- Legal communication with German probate courts, notaries, and authorities
- Supporting strategic client development in German-Canadian / German-American inheritance cases
- Close cooperation with our international network and German partner law firms

Your Profile





- Licensed lawyer, Rechtsanwalt (m/f/d) in Germany or qualification for judicial office (Befähigung zum Richteramt)
- Initial professional experience in inheritance law or citizenship law is an advantage, but not required
- Interest in international legal work and providing German legal advice abroad
- High level of independence, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of intercultural work
- Business-fluent English skills, spoken and written, are required
