What we’re looking for from You

- Belief in your unique talent

- Passion in creating long-lasting relationships with team members and clients





- Ability to customize and prioritize clients’ needs through participative listening

- 2 Years minimum hair training required

- Motivation and willingness to learn and implement new and specialized techniques in line with industry standards and trends

- Drive to grow Pro Haircare & Salon client base through education and promotion of services

- Strong desire to be a team player by upholding the cleanliness and operating standards of the Salon’s working environment

- Must be an excellent communicator, team player, and self-starter with the ability to take on managing multiple tasks within a shift

- Social Media experience is an asset
