The Building Science Division has an immediate opening for a full-time Junior Technologist with one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience. We are looking for the best and the brightest candidate to fill this role; the reward is a market-competitive salary (reviewed annually) and perks package. We also contribute to RRSP’s, group employee benefits, and organize extracurricular social events along with several other perks.

Duties will include site inspection reviews of new construction and building rehabilitation projects, remedial building envelope design, drafting,



preparation of specifications, construction budget estimates, contract management, building envelope assessments, performance testing, and report writing.

The ideal candidate for this dynamic and challenging role should have the following qualifications:

· 3-year (Advanced) diploma in Architectural Technology.

· One (1) to three (3) years of relevant work experience.

· Ability to deal tactfully and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and co-workers.

· Effective organizational and time management skills, for concurrent handling multiple in-progress projects.

· Readily accept working in a business competitive environment.

· Proficiency using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

· A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are a must.

Start date: August 2026 (negotiable)

Pay Range: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year – salary is commensurate with education and experience

Physical Requirements

Field work may include climbing ladders, performing inspections at higher elevations (including swing stages, with proper training) and exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Ability to occasionally lift and move items and equipment up to 50 lbs. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
