Position Summary

This role is part of our Prep Kitchen team in our factory kitchen, supporting daily food preparation and production. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable with kitchen prep, knife skills, shredding and slicing, deli slicing, blending dressings and marinades, building salads, wraps, parfait jars, and sandwiches, as well as roasting nuts, portioning dips, and preparing soups. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused setting and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and cleanliness.

Primary Responsibilities

- Assist with kitchen prep, including knife skills, slicing, shredding, deli slicing, and portioning.
- Prepare salads, wraps, parfait jars, sandwiches, soups, dips, dressings, and marinades.
- Roast nuts and assist with baking and decorating bakery items.
- Prepare and organize orders and packaging while maintaining accurate order sheets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area, including equipment and dishwashing.
- Monitor production issues and take proactive steps to resolve them.
- Follow all quality, health & safety, and food safety standards.
- Be a positive, reliable, and collaborative team member.

Qualification

- Dedicated and hardworking attitude ready to roll up your sleeves
- Detail oriented along with attention to detail will be a key asset
- Have the Ability to Multi Task
- Preferred 1-5 years experience in factory or food production along with team management experience
- Able to lift 40 lbs. comfortably and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Fluent in English and a good communicator

Compensation

- A rewarding career environment, which is focused on employee development and satisfaction
- Salary: $18.00-$20.00 (including bonus & gratuities).
- Employee discount of 25% on food items

Pay & Schedule

- Salary: $18.00-$20.00 (including bonus & gratuities)
- Schedule: Sunday to Friday, 9Am to 5PM
- Full Time Role - 5 days week
