Role Description This full-time, on-site Lead Project Manager role is based in North York, ON and focuses on overseeing custom millwork and cabinetry projects from initial concept through completion.

The Lead Project

Manager coordinates project schedules, creates drawings in AutoCAD, and ensures all milestones are met according to design specifications and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include working closely with designers, artisans, suppliers, and clients, monitoring production and installation progress, and resolving issues that may impact timelines or budgets.



The role involves creating drawings, conducting site visits, tracking orders, and ensuring materials and logistics align with project requirements. This position also requires maintaining clear documentation, leading project meetings, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in high-end custom cabinetry or architectural millwork.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction, materials, hardware, finishes, manufacturing, and installation.
- Excellent ability to read architectural and shop drawings.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, highly customized residential projects.
- Solid organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working directly with demanding clients, designers, architects, trades, and installers.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for project outcomes.
