What are your contributions to the team? Leader, Logistics & Procurement, SOS Shop Saint‑Laurent In your role, you will:

Lead an engaged and experienced team of salaried employees towards delivery of critical parts supporting our aircraft in service, assembly lines, manufacturing sites and external customers

Assume all HR responsibilities of the team, including the relationship with Tech Mahindra and their team supporting our activities

Ensure the conformity of logistics and procurement processes as well as employee training in alignment with Bombardier’s Quality System

Foster a culture of excellence supporting production activities

Define and deploy KPIs & governance on procurement and stock management

Clarify roles & responsibilities of your team with internal stakeholders

Coordinate your team’s activities across other functions within the organization





Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure deployment of our Operational Excellence system

Coach your team to develop their talent within the organization

Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization

How to thrive in this role? As our ideal candidate,

You have experience in planning and master the usage of ERP systems.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in operations management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a college diploma with over five (5) years of experience in a logistics or procurement team.

You have minimum of two (2) years of management experience in this field of work.

You have excellent management skills.

You have valuable judgment, you are results oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and you observe tight delivery deadlines.

You have extraordinary flexibility and are passionate about non‑recurring work activities

You are recognized for your leadership, communication and coaching skills, as well as mobilizing force with all your stakeholders.

You are fully bilingual (English and French) written and spoken

You have previous project management experience, would be an asset.
