Learning Systems Specialist

Full Time Permanent

Purpose

Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for the Global Training systems and learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the centralized training data repository.

- Consolidate data from multiple systems and ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality.

- Administer departmental systems and learning platforms ensuring their reliable day-to-day operation

- Monitor system updates, maintenance, and timely communication of service changes and outages.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, software licenses and billing.

- Provide first-line support for system, reporting and access issues.

- Escalate technical issues to IT or vendors where required.

- Maintain system documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Evaluate system enhancements and recommend operational improvements.

- Apply the necessary configurations and changes for approved system enhancements

- Support LMS implementation, testing and administration for any platform changes or projects that involve system changes





- Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal technology teams.

- Create and manage IT support tickets for system-related issues impacting program operations

- Support onboarding and training of staff using departmental systems.
