Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, and other mental health issues.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans using a combination of evidence-based and holistic therapeutic techniques.
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, client-focused care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.

Requirements

- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in NY.
- Preference for candidates with diagnostic privileges, although not required.
- Strong commitment to holistic, trauma-informed, and anxiety-focused therapeutic approaches.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to culturally responsive care.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about helping others and committed to both personal and professional growth.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
