Role Description This is a full-time, Licensed Real Estate Agent role located anywhere in Saskatchewan.

The Licensed Real Estate

Agent will assist clients with buying and selling residential and/or commercial properties, including conducting property showings, preparing offers, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, maintaining regular communication with clients, and providing market insights and pricing recommendations.



The agent will prepare and review documentation, coordinate with lenders, lawyers, inspectors, and other professionals, and ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations and brokerage policies. The role also involves participating in brokerage meetings, contributing to marketing initiatives, and representing Optimum Realty Inc. with professional, client-focused service.

Qualifications

- Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property practices
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a commitment to relationship-building and client satisfaction
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management abilities
- Comfort with local market research, comparable analysis, and basic real estate marketing tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a brokerage team
- Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and standard office software is an asset
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
