We're looking for a Program Coordinator to join Centre Camp's leadership team and oversee all aspects of camp programming, ensuring every camper enjoys a fun, inclusive, and meaningful experience.Key Responsibilities:Plan and organize daily camp programs and activities that are engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriateCoordinate and facilitate special events, including theme days, guest visits, and field tripsDevelop and maintain the daily master schedule and overall camp calendar,



ensuring balanced programming for all camper groupsSupervise and mentor Specialist staff, providing ongoing guidance, support, and performance feedback throughout the summerCollaborate closely with the Activities and Operations Coordinator and camp leadership to ensure seamless program deliveryEncourage staff creativity and foster opportunities for recent programs and initiativesManage program inventory and order supplies as needed to support smooth operationDevelop and facilitate pre-camp training and provide ongoing coaching for Specialists and CounsellorsIdeal Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in program planning, or camp leadership.Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a camp, educational, or childcare environmentCreative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency with computers and common software programs (e.G., Excel), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate and support a diverse staff team.Post-secondary education in a related field considered an assetPerks & Benefits:Free JCC Membership – Access to our fitness centers, classes, and programs.On-site parkingCasual and inclusive workplace cultureReady to Make an Impact?
